Family Constellation Training

Service Description
Join us for an introduction to the Family Constellation approach and explore how this experiential model can enhance your clinical work. Exploring Intergenerational Patterns, Hidden Dynamics, and Systemic Healing Unresolved family experiences can shape emotional wellbeing, relationships, and patterns of distress across generations. When these dynamics remain unseen, they may contribute to anxiety, depression, relational conflict, grief, trauma responses, and a persistent sense of feeling “stuck.” Family Constellations is an experiential, phenomenological approach that helps bring awareness to hidden family system dynamics and intergenerational patterns that may be influencing a person’s current life. Often described as a “living map,” this process supports insight, emotional movement, and deeper understanding of family roles, loyalties, and unresolved losses. This training offers an introduction to the foundations of Family Constellations and how systemic work can support healing and transformation in clinical and personal contexts. Participants will: * Gain an overview of the principles and origins of Family Constellations * Understand how intergenerational trauma and family roles can impact present-day functioning * Learn key concepts including belonging, hierarchy, and systemic entanglements * Explore how grief, exclusion, and unresolved loss may manifest in symptoms and relational patterns * Observe experiential demonstrations and discuss clinical applications * Reflect on ethical considerations and scope of practice when integrating systemic work Space is limited to 20 participants.
